Hydraulique Sans Frontières (HSF) can position itself as an operator of decentralized cooperation.
This cooperation stems from agreements concluded between the local authority in France and the local authority in the Global South. It is formalized by the signing of a partnership agreement. This agreement can stipulate several types of exchanges and actions. An association, acting as the operator, is responsible for implementing these agreements on behalf of the French local authority.
HSF has extensive experience as a delegated project owner and project manager for water and sanitation projects. Furthermore, it assists local stakeholders (local authorities, associations) in the countries where it operates to establish public drinking water and sanitation services.
HSF can also help you establish new relationships with local authorities in the Global South, in order to lay the groundwork for exchanges before any cooperation agreement is finalized.
